So I havenā€™t been able to merge yet, Iā€™m having the same problems but when I logged into my Xbox, all of my skins are gone. Do I have to do the account merge first before I can get my skins back even on the console Iā€™ve always played it on?

It was the same for me. Fresh account with my current battle.net name as my username with no merge button. I was informed that all players (including people that had enabled cross-play back in 2021) had to ā€œmergeā€ their accounts upon login starting aug 16 2022 for your progress to be brought to ow2. This cleared up a lot for me because i had thought since i have my xbox profile in connections already i was merged but thats not the case. After doing the steps above the merge button has appeared and im now in queue :slight_smile:

Do we need to keep the game open during the merge queue or do we close it?

would like an answer for this as well, nothing is in my ps account everything wiped except for founder skins

Same for me. I dont even have all the characters because the game thinks im new.

Have done the 5 game idea and unlocked all game modes still the merge button does nothing my battle net says Iā€™ve linked it successfully but still nothin :neutral_face::neutral_face:

hi Iā€™m having this problem as well my account merge button simply does nothing when i try to click it. its been like this since launch day. oddly all the heroes are available so im not too upset. but i am super annoyed that i had to redo the tutorial and im locked out of competitive??

okay update: it says my account merged but nothing has changed lol

Literally having the sam issue i merged and waited 19hours then i logged in and merge button nowhere to be found and i dont have my stuff neither idk what to do

Yep had this problem for over a 2 weeks now. Iā€™ve messaged support but they didnā€™t respond hopefully they actually fix this and donā€™t just ignore this issue as itā€™s frustrating losing so much progress

Same here. All my Overwatch 1 cosmetics and progress are gone. The account merge showed that it completed successfully, submitted 3 tickets about the issue with no solution. Still playing just waiting if this is ever going to get fixed.
