Overwatch 2 crashing on i3, regardless of settings

i3-4130 3.4 ghz, gtx 1650, 16gb ddr3, windows 10. Updated graphics drivers

Disabling all unnecessary graphical settings, setting cpu priority to realtime, and closing all background tasks, and using the ‘-threads 2’ launch option has accomplished nothing. Crashes after a few seconds just in the practice range. Ironically, it has lasted for a few minutes in QP games. I played the first round of the beta, and the game ran perfectly fine. What’s changed since then? How can Blizzard release a game (cash-grab update) that’s worse off than it was in its first closed beta?

I shouldn’t need to do all this unnecessary work to play the game while I meet and exceed the listed minimum system requirements. I spend more time force-closing the game than I do playing it, it’s seriously aggravating.
