April 16, around 19:00 CET]Game Mode: Competitive (Role Queue / Open Queue) Description:After playing two completed Competitive matches during an active Surge event, I noticed that my Surge progress bar did not update at all. I played both games from start to finish and did not leave early. The event is currently active, and I am eligible for Competitive mode (I have full access unlocked). The progress bar remains stuck at 0 points, even after restarting the game.Steps Taken:Confirmed the Surge is activePlayed full matches in Competitive (Role Queue and Open Queue)Restarted the game and Battle.net clientChecked game history – matches were recorded correctlyExpected Result:Progress in the Surge bar should reflect my completed Competitive matches and award points accordingly. Actual Result: No progress is shown, and no points have been awarded toward the Surge event.Please look into this issue. Thank you!
