ive had the drop for 4hrs now and still no access, my account is linked both ways. ive restarted and refreshed at least 10 times.

The other problem is that they had the information ahead of time, by a month, that there would be a st ton of people wanting to get in from just the sign ups. They didn’t learn from their previous beta releases of other games.
Not to mention limiting the available drop times to a third of a day really fks people in other countries as well as those in North America.

4+ hours now woulda been nice if they told me "youll actually be waiting 8+ hours to play the beta. If it doesnt pop up by tonight not sure ill even download it as this is such a let down.

Thanks for the update frustrating cause im an overwatch fan and been hyped for this and I don’t like watching people play games on twitch that I just wanna play!!! XD
For those of us who started the moment it was open and redeemed at 5:01pm and waited for our launchers to update for over 4 hours now… I think it’s time to pack it in until Twitch/Blizz can get their act together

As always thank you for nothing blizz, stopping the drops at a time that makes it’s pretty much impossible for people who work until 5pm to get a key.
Was it just sitting open and started updating for you then? (4 hour wait here, just checking)
I’m so stressed out right now. I keep panic checking every few minutes to make sure the streamers are still streaming and are safe. I don’t know how much longer I can keep going.

I just reinstalled my battle.net launcher and it worked! Been waiting for 3 hours. Please try this if your internet is good

That seems a bit excessive since the beta is going to run for 2+ weeks according to the community manager’s earlier post in this thread. I’m in the same boat you are and if it pops tomorrow, I’ll download and play then.
how to get into the beta: watch 4 hours of twitch, wait 4+ hours on the forums, spin around on the spot 4 times, drink a whole glass of water, go to a airport, get on a plane, spend a week abroad, come home, still don’t have access

no I just clicked on the menu and it was there as if nothing happened…, I’ve been refreshing, closing and opening the client for 3 hours straight and just when I stopped it popped up in there
I don’t think that’s necessary in my opinion. My friends got in without doing this. In addition, even if you don’t do the connection from Battle.net to Twitch, you will see Twitch appear as authorized application below the connections. That’s when you’ve connected from Twitch to Battle.net and that’s the most important part to get the drop.
