Any chance of getting beta access still? I claimed my drop 8 or so hours ago but didnt know there was a 2nd linking of battlenet to twitch (odd cos I received past promo drops to battlenet without this link). Heresy#11631
exact same boat, kind of insane that you had to link it back both ways and that it doesnt just auto work 
Just wondering, is this issue caused by not having twitch and battle.net linked on both platforms? I claimed the drop at around 5:30 and still no sign of the beta, come to find out I was only linked through twitch, not on the battle.net website. I even managed to claim the 2 legendary lootboxes from Prime Gaming and they arrived to the live game instantly.

Considering the wording (targeting people who linked their accounts later on) I’m thinking there are many of us that will never get the access we were promised. I didn’t link my accounts late, they were already linked and have been for a long time. I seem to have fallen through the cracks and I’m certain there are many others who did as well. I’m just going to assume I’m never getting it and will simply use this as a reminder to never bother with another Blizzard drop event.

Yeah, that’s a thing to note.
I claimed lootboxes from Prime, and got them. But not the Beta, and that was before I linked B. Net to Twitch.
With Twitch already connected to B. Net.

8 hours, all linked correctly, the game still doesn’t show up in the launcher DayTecker#2341
Such a simple concept literally just give a code out to be redeemed, not go through this garbage process, you really dropped the ball on this one blizz

The only thing I can recommend is occasionally run the Check for Updates command in the BattleNet app launcher every now and then (note, it is on a cooldown each time you use it

The word linking implies that two things are joined together. Its crazy
So if you did not get 100%, or had to go to work, and miss out on completing the 100%, you can’t get a drop? That whole “Watch for 4 hours” thing is very inconvenient for a lot of people, you had 1.5 mil viewers sure, but what is the sales on OW? Like 50mil? So you had like a small percentage get the drops due to timezones mainly, which is very very unfairly done by Blizzard, whoever came up with this is a bad at their job.

But hey, at least you got streamers who haven’t touched the game since launch wasting time for the views. Good priorities, bravo.

pixie#12686 is my battletag, had Twitch-Battlenet linked for the whole time but didn’t have Battlenet to Twitch (didn’t know it was required, figured it’d work either way). 4hrs now I think. Damn.
