I think the ultimate charge reduction is fair, given Tanks are double the size of a squishie, they should give half the ultimate charge due to easy it would be to farm off them.

Reinhardt has Steadfast, a 50% knockback and stun resistance.

Feel free to suggest more.

Steadfast makes sense for all Tanks, by your own logic:
