This is just … Dude I went into experimental changed to orisa tried 3 halts including people just running down a hallway and I just left… literally removes the ability- its affect is like the natural knockback from rein swings but its on a long cooldown and much harder to hit like its a joke if youre gonna take away 82% of the volume it hits then maybe just replace it
