It depends on the type of player you are, some find chatter to just be noise that gets in the way of the ingame informative audio.
And what rank you are matters. In gold/plat eu server where I am players don’t have anything to say anyway and if they do they have a 50% chance of speaking English coherently. Best thing to do is to turn voice volume all the way down and then join voice, some players will basically unintentionally throw if they don’t see enough people in voice
