I’ve only been getting duplicates out of the past 10ish chests with two exceptions. I got one new legendary from the golden chest and I’ve gotten credits.

That sorta makes sense I started getting consistent duplicates around that level it’s just because you already have most of the skins and stuff in the game at that point

In the case you’re having the problem with Event Cosmetics and Lootboxes,
Event lootboxes save when they were obtained.
For example:
If you were to have an Anniversary 2018 Lootbox you won’t be able to receive anything that was released past Anniversary 2018 out of that lootbox, if you were to open it now.
In the other case of the Lootbox being obtained ‘just now’ and you are still missing Non-Event cosmetics, that should be a bug.
The game should ALWAYS give you an item that you’re missing equal to the rarity of the Token before giving you duplicates.
Note: That some of the new Ashe sprays can only obtained via watching any Overwatch Twitch Stream for 2 hours for each spray (by a total of 3 Sprays).
