It’s normal to get dupes. If you want to collect coins just unlock all overwatch rare and common items. Then you can farm coins pretty easily, most likely 3 common and 1 rare which rewards you with 30 coins if you need coins you can also play support/tank to get 25 coins per game. I used this method and farmed around 2k coins in a day so I’m fine with dupes tbh.
