I have the bad luck of being repeatedly placed with throwers and or leavers. I’m shocked with the amount of griefing in this game. The ranking and ban system dont seem quick enough to deal with it… I love the game and yet its really unplayable sometimes, it feels like.

If it’s any consolation, I dropped 800+ SR recently almost exclusively from leavers/throwers. Already back up ~400, with many of those wins attributed to, you guessed it, leavers/throwers instead being on the other side.
Remember to never take this game cereally. Even “competitive” is not competitive.

Just gotta avoid, move on, and put in the games. For just as many throwers/griefers you get the enemy team is likely to get as well. I’ve managed to climb about 700 SR so far this season and had my share of them. Sometimes you just get those games that you’re not gonna win. Just use em as a learning opportunity to improve your own gameplay even if you know you won’t win.
