Whatever your amount of skill or ‘‘prediction’’ ability, Doomfist is not skilless. The meta is always changing, so it’s normal that Doom may or may not become meta again.
And perhaps more so, bold to assume that every person every where on the ladder doesn’t experience this type of thing at some point given the number of smurfs in the game.

Like, it doesn’t bother me either, but the concerns are valid for lower ELO people who come across smurfs.
Also, I don’t think he’s gutted. He isn’t used nearly as much as he used to be, but he’s still plenty viable if someone does want to use him. Gutted means unusable, in my eyes.

Diag punching and roof surfing aren’t complicated. Neither is jump canceling. Doom is not special because he has some broken tech.
I always find it odd how I can track Dooms just fine via sound queues and almost always kill them or have them running away when they go to dive.
I guess most players have literally no game sense lol.

Smurfing isnt as big a problem as it’s made out to be. I’ve seen people call mcree and widows smurfs in games simply cuz they can aim…
People make so many excuses for losing that eventually more start to follow suit. Herd mentality at its finest.
Doom isnt really that big of a deal in lower elo’s either. 99% of the time the doom feeds, cuz hes hard to play. People dont care about that tho, they dont see how badly that doom is throwing the game, or even if their team won, all they care about is dying to doom. It’s very stupid honestly, and just goes to show people do not care about balance they only care about changes that make them feel better.

Then please explains the multiple ana’s and cree’s I go against everyday who can hear me coming consistently and stun me before I even hit the ground?

@TE im all for giving dooms E a sound while its sliding since it wont make much difference on higher elos anyway, rollouts are bad. But the point alot of ppl are making here is that you cant just keep nerfing a hero thats bad already.
Wow crazy now do this in real game and you’ll see how useless these techs are. Basically all the diags you did starts with the punch followed by slam + uppercut which leaves you with no escape option unless you have your ultimate
tldr: doing those diags you’ve done in your video in game are a waste of time and are very situational or if you’re setting up for huge rollout like the guy in the vid your team is basically fighting a 5v6 until you get the rollout right.
Btw the guy in the video dropped to diamond from high masters cause of this playstyle and also when did I say doom is special?

Lol way to move the goalposts. “lets see you do it it with your 1 hour of doomfist time.” You get shown a video of me doing the same tech with 20 minutes of playtime. Now it’s “now do it in a real game and you can see how much of a waste of time it is”.

Yeah, like getquakedon doesn’t have like 50 video’s on his channel of nothing but montages. Like rufinian doesn’t have 100’s of clips doing these roll outs. Yes, people in high elo often do them, because there is no counter play to half of it. Like, There’s a reason many doom rollouts are banned in Overwatch league.

Nothing is “skillless” but the reward for skill threshold is bonkers wack.
No one expects math to be anyone’s strong suit but 1 is technically higher than zero.
