Once again asking for a hanzo nerf

Hanzo arrows are among the smallest projectile right next to genji shurikens, This has been tested by players and was stated by the devs.

with ease how its way harder than hitscan since its not gurrented value u need a little bit of luck to hit a hanzo shot compared to hitscan its gurrented value and u dont need luck

You couldn’t be more wrong, look up the actual size of the arrows. A youtuber made a video on all the projectile sizes in the game using the workshop and hanzo actually has the smallest projectile in the game. Ana’s sleep dart is 3 times bigger than hanzo’s arrow. Thats the real fact. Do you realize how hard it is to consistently land headshots back to back? Widow maker is a much bigger threat than hanzo ever could be.

it’s also been well documented they headshot things they have no business headshotting

McCree, tracer, and echo are way bigger problems than him at the moment. He’s annoying but at most revert the RoF buff. Anything last that and he’ll need compensation buffs

It would need some testing but I think 3 arrows is ok if Hanzo can also get faster arrows. But for now I would try the revert the recent buff and see how it goes from there.

but he was trash without the recent buff im not saying the buff wasn’t op but he needs something else if ur going to revert it

My focus is on reducing Hanzo’s capability to delete a Tank.

To be fair, McCree should also get something like a 3-5sec cooldown on FanTheHammer.

That is do to the enlarge hit boxes each hero has and is more noticeable since it is a projectile.

Well 3 arrows would help but I would want a compensation buff and I do not think increase lunge is the way to go.

He was the best performing projectile dps at the time. He wasn’t trash.

does a blunt arrow do the same damage as one with a sharp tip?

I don’t think Hanzo deserves to melt Tanks if he had a good escape ability.

Yes check my response earlier.

the answer is no… there is a reason training arrows are blunt… and some even have balls on them to prevent wayward arrows killing people

or even Paint Archery (like paintballs with bows and arrows)

so a “Sonic arrow” with some large peice of blunt technology ontop of it shouldn’t do any damage at all, considering it is a utility…

or do you want torb to be able to throw his turret on someones head for a 1 shot head crit?

There were test with blunt arrows and they had similar depth as those with pointed tips. Well the sonic arrow is not a soft ball to cover the arrow. It seems to be a weighted metallic object. I assume death is caused by blunt force trauma.

on heros who wear helmets?.. on mechs designed to handle high velocity bullets?.. on actual robots?..

kay…

how does an AI die to blunt force trauma to the head?

Yes there are inconsistency in the game since it is more sci-fy. You can apply that reasoning to how a giant gorilla melee the same as a Mercy.

so you agree that a blunt arrow that is utility shouldn’t do any damage, or at least minimal damage

Sure if you can make it selective enough where those without helmets will die versus those with helmets or are giant robots of some kind.
