Why am i getting warnings about inappropriate conduct?
I have already been silenced and suspended once… and i was reported for arguing with a random player in comp.
the worst i called his was “Prick” Seriouslu you cannot suspend me again over such a small infringment…
I understand that the warning is automated but i would really like to know if you intend on banning my account?
I get it the first time was justified, but seriosuly if feels like i am on a bloody watchlist, and as if i have 0 agency over my account.

When they already have your account marked on a list, it is only a matter of time before you get more bans no matter what you do. The customer support will see that you have been sanctioned in the past and will automatically pass on you. They will need fewer reports to suspend you the next time.
The support service already leaves something to be desired on non-related issues, but when it comes to sanctions they start responding to you with Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V.
The only thing I can advise you is that if your account is new, create another one to prevent and avoid spending money on the game since it is a game as a service. No matter how well you behave, not only can they take away your access to the game and your account after being sanctioned, they can also close servers any day as happened not long ago in China. All the people in that country who spent their money and time on Overwatch lost everything when their accounts were deleted.

And turn off chat and voice. Don’t even read it to not get provoked. You will get reported for literally anything like writing “gg”

Stop calling people bad words. Yes that was a bad word and you meant it so.
Works for me.

Just have a few alts and pick fights and report everyone who types in text even gg.
Use your main for only bp grind and cosmetics and have chat turned off there.
Well, one thing that could be happening is the opposite behavior of what I’m seeing, which appears to be a bug. The majority of my logins since the LE SERRAFIM crossover started have given me the prompt that action was taken from a report I gave. I don’t report super frequently, but I’ve been getting that prompt almost each and every day since the crossover started.
If you’re seeing that warning every day on login, it might just be the same bug, especially if there isn’t any obvious reasons why someone would report you recently.

That’s why. You’ve been suspended once and you clearly haven’t altered your behaviour.
You are, and you don’t. Once your account is flagged for bad behaviour you get several ‘strikes’ before you’re out permanently but that ‘flag’ doesn’t go away with any kind of speed.
Blizzard can terminate accounts on a whim and you wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. They don’t have to even warn you first.
You have to realize that this games target demographic is child like snowflake entitled whiners, that care what their pixel game character looks like (aka skin buyers) because IRL they’re largely pathetic and so their only means to feel power is to report for anything at all that slights them in any way.
I’d recommend you to turn off all coms and chat, I don’t even have the enter button bound to see chat.
Use the ping system and enjoy concentrating on your game play, not some whiney child like nerds.
