Moira would still be a top healer if dmg orb or Fade were outright removed . In fact I’d argue they would FIX her because they would force the player to do what she was supposed to be doing: SUPPORT the team (instead of being a flankmaster killing machine)

The only Moiras who do that are those of the potatoe brain variety and are probably new to the game (sorry to say it like that fellow Moiras but its true)
