Not showing on top500 leaderboards

Hi, I am not showing on America Server top 500 leaderboard for open queue although I have hit 50 wins in open queue and authenticated my mobile number and connected it to the authenticator. Please help me take a look

DoorlessCal: In fact, it is not unheard of for Devs to respond to player inquiries outside of the forums, namely Twitter and Reddit. I would highly recommend you try to contact some Devs through those platforms as well.
