Not getting top 500 credit

I ended season 11 in T500 range without decay and 50 games with SMS protect on. I was on the ranked leaderboard at the end of season. I received the heroic spray and icon for ending T500.

However, when going to season 11 career profile, I do NOT have the T500 icon as final, just the GM icon. Why?

I played 50 games with SMS protect, although that ISNT relevant to this issue - I shouldn’t get the heroic sprays and icons and not have it show on my career profile. Please help!

Just a question, what does SMS protect have to do with this??
