Hey there people, just checking for similar cases, I have been watching contenders for several days, got the Symmetra skin already (next morning oddly enough, and yes, I re logged after watching the day previously), but never got the Mercy skin 
(This one particularly hurts as she is my second most played hero)
I had the youtube player on the contenders site while logged and even more, I was watching in my phone at the same time just in case something could go wrong
Has anybody had the same issue?
