There’s been a few friends of mine who are having this issue when next season came, they never got their comp points or the titles they earned. One friend happened when she didn’t get her comp points or title from season 1 and now other friend didn’t get his comp points, title or achievement from season 2. I have seen a few people talk about it but not many, not sure why this is happening kinda randomly? One is a diamond player and one is a masters player.
