This does not need to happen outside of competitive. Arcade does not matter enough for this to be necessary. All you lose is 10-20 wasted minutes.

No one cares about this. If they added a 30min queue ban if you leave before a match ends along with this then people would stop leaving.

I just had a game go into overtime 2-1 and 3 people leave on enemy side and game closes, my potg as freakn ana was going to play for the first time ever, not fair.
The game should just go to the victory screen or run time out.

Bro I feel you on this one. I was playing a no limits match today and I played Ana along with someone else and a reaper kept trying to flank us but kept getting slept so ig he got pisses and left. A minute later, everyone else on his team started leaving before a person could join and we were kicked out. I was pissed since it’s extremely rare to find a great team in quick/arcade play that will actually team up and synergize well together. I don’t think people should be banned for leaving unless it’s comp since people can’t join once someone leaves, but it’s definitely annoying to deal with. I already dealt with toxic players and people leaving when I played comp lmao. At least people can rejoin in quick/arcade play though. It’s unfair to count it as a loss too, especially if your team was doing great. Should just be a draw at least so the victory doesn’t go to anyone
