Despite meeting all the requirements for Top500 Mystery Heros I don’t get it. I have tried playing more games after the 50 and refreshing or waiting over a day and it has not resulted in any difference.

You probably already have done this already, but make sure you have a minimum of 25 completed games and that your account is both SMS Protect enabled and Blizzard Authenticator enabled for your account to appear on the leaderboards.
