Not able to add phone number to account

I am trying to connect my SMS for Overwatch 2 and I do not have a pre-paid nor do I have a VoIP phone. The crazy part is that my wife was able to add her number even though we are on the same account. I’m sure that everything on my end is good but I still can’t add my number. Please help.
