they got rid of portrait borders to prevent people from being harrassed, and then made it so no lifers who gain prestige titles cant turn them off, thus accomplishing the same thing. so you would think they would simply unlock the “no title” or option, but alas, they aren’t interested. it isn’t on their to-do list. the games already been patched multiple times, too.
