I ended Season 3 in Diamond, but received no competitive points or title. Under Challenges → Competitive, the only rewards I have are for Season 1 Gold, even though I also finished Season 2 in Gold, and now Season 3 in Diamond.
I never received Season 2 rewards either, which I posted a bug report for last season: No Competitive Rewards Awarded at End of Season 2 - Bug Report - Overwatch Forums
Under my Competitive Challenges, the only seasonal challenge shown as completed is Season 1 (not 2 or 3).

I also did not receive any end of season competitive rewards for season 2 or season 3 (gold and then platinum). I’m missing a significant number of currency at this point, this is ridiculous.

Same here. I ended as Silver 1 in Season 2 but got no competitive point rewards. After season 3 I ended up in Plat 5 but somehow shows I finished at Masters 5, yet didn’t give me any rewards for neither Plat nor Masters.
