A more technical one :
An option to agree on highest ping possible within the team.
Option : 100 ms = I agree to play with any player under 100ms latency to the server.

That’s just a punishment for new players and will actually increase the value of account in “smurf markets” where people buy accounts already leveled to 25 for extra money because they are too lazy to level it up themselves.

The game already does this as mentioned by Devs where the Matchmaker specifically puts players who have the same ping in a lobby. So if you are at 100ms latency, its highly likely others are approximately around it.
Remove Private Profiles, or at least show most played
