This isn’t a roast or anything negative just something I don’t see talked about these are thinks people do the higher you go up that I just don’t see often or at all in lower ranks
-
Controlling your panic response, if you see a high ranked player unless there hp is close as humanly possible to zero they do not panic sometimes controlling it alllll the way up UNTIL they actually die.
-
Standing still, there is virtuall not a single damn moment you should be standing still in this game unless your like pulse bombed or something, okay it’s more nuisanced then that but if your just standing still in most cases your 100% throwing
-
Confidence, if someone in a higher rank knows they have a cool down they’ll play as such even if its just 1 second off thats right literal seconds they’ll play in a completely different way, something like Orisa receiving a 0.5 reduction on fortify would mean the difference between life and death and could form an entire meta around it.

You “Have” a team regardless of how good they are I’ve noticed even in most unranked to gms (which I hate) but no matter what they have to acknowledge they “Have” a team sure playstyles would change depending on the type of team you have and how good they are, but acknowledging there existence and keeping track of them is the first step.

The second part shouldn’t have to be said but Patience and not giving up isn’t even a “Niche” high rank thing, there’s no “Im done trying” there’s no “Im gonna wait in spawn because I have determined my team sucks and this game is unwinnable” your gonna wait yall are gonna group up and yall are gonna clutch this out.
