New Tracer blink has her drop too fast

It feels like she falls faster to the ground when blinking than compared to live. Maybe we can toy with giving her half of what she had of vertical movement on blinking. Just enough vertical movement for her to match live, but not enough to enable a wide portfolio of unintended locations for her to jump to.

Either way, I say you are extremely close to perfecting this blink change. Just a few more tweaks :slight_smile:
