New patch on Tuesday?

I’m fairly certain that we’re going to get the PTR patch as well as the Halloween update on Tuesday, but I never actually got to read the patch notes for the balance changes. So I have 2 questions for you;

  1. Does anyone have a link to the patch notes so I can look at them?
  2. What skins/events do you want for the Halloween event?
    I just really want a true demon D.va skin, demon mech, demon D.va.

Edit, 3rd question, how do you think the PTR changes will change the meta?

As for skins, im not picky, as long as Demon Hunter sombra isnt counted as one of the 4 legendaries we get

Have it be like…one of the weekly skin challenges, but dont take up a precious legendary skin slot when she got a legendary last year and we still have year 1 heroes with no halloween skin

I’m mostly excited for the Genji and Symmetra Blizzcon skins next week honestly.
I brought my Genji golden weapons yesterday just because of the skin lol
