Yea, i think those was bugged for ages now, back then it was funny now its just looking like they dont do anything with new problems.
I haven’t played overwatch since archives and am only back on the forums to check recent hero updates but… may check back in a week, lol

THIS!! I’ve been playing competitive non stop lately, experimenting with and learning different tanks in anticipation of this supposed new tank hero. And I feel like I’ve wasted my time
The communication around this game has always been pretty bad.
I get that thinks take time to create content, but the silence is really bad for such a game with fully online gameplay and that evolves frequently.
Silence is always bad.
They make announces right before when they add or change stuff, then nothing else. I din’t say that their programmed teasing is bad, just that it’s not enough.
You can’t as a Community Manager or as a producer say that things will be different this summer then being mute for a month.
You can’t, knowing that people are used to expect a new character on the ptr at the end of june early july and don’t, say nothing and let the community with no information about what’s happening, why nothing has been at least announced. Especially when everybody knows that an other OW game is in development.
In this case, the silence means that they already don’t care about the one actually running now. Maybe it’s not what they mean to do, maybe it is.
But either way, it’s not respectfull for their customers. Because that’s what we are : customers.

some teasers would be nice
I think it would be a big mistake to delay one of the most exciting things of the game. 
Especially when Tanks are needed.
