As a console player myself what are the stats of the most played heroes across xbox and ps4?
I don’t hate the hitscan heroes as much as I do just Mccree. I’m in High Gold/Low Plat and you will time and time again see someone just pick Mccree and steam roll.
There have been games where we hold the first point until 30 seconds. One dude picks Mccree and wipes 3 of us with no problem, caps, and eventually wins the game.
Soldier, Sombra, DVA, none of those heroes they banned last week can have a solo impact like that with such little effort involved.

Our movement is too strong for them to hit us with the ban, they eep missing and hitting everyone else. Devs need to get better aim if they want a chance at banning lucio.
Also they haven’t banned zen to my knowledge, this may be because of you ban one off healer the other one becomes a must pick.

i guess theyre trying to see how much the weaker widow counters can do their jobs alone without these three.

What does that even mean? Speed is the main reason he’s picked.
That’s the problem - the ability is so good people just stick to him, its not good for the game overall when people just default gravitate to one or two Supports.

Because DPS didn’t complain last week, and Ana/Moira mains the week before, and tank mains when their hero’s were banned. Why do people feel the constant need to literally insult Mercy mains. I don’t get it…

If you haven’t figured it out yet, that’s exactly what they’re doing.
But I think in his case, it always depended on the viability of other character compositions. People picked him in, from what I saw, sometimes goats or dive, and it was like a Brigitte + Lucio but he would be often swapped with Moira or Zenyatta. So I don’t think Lucio has always been a main pick but just a solid alternative. And right now I think he’s used because Reinhardt is used a lot after they buffed his shield walk speed and added passive. And really his use seems to be mostly exploited in higher tiers or pro play - high average, mid and low ranks are mostly using Moira, Mercy and Ana as their top supports.
