A black hole the size of a melon (I assume the Schwarzschild radius?) would have about the same mass as Neptune. Its Hawking temperature would be way below the temperature of cosmic background radiation temperature (2.7 Kelvin), so a melon-sized black hole will be gaining mass faster than losing it in space.
A blackhole that decays within 1 second is about the same mass as a mountain and is microscopic in size.

Doomfist couldn’t lift his cyber arm, and if he try to use rocket punch he break half of his own bones. If he use his ultimate he just dies.
