Hero Concept (with art) Feedback Greatly Appreciated

I am putting him back up since I am finally trust level 3 and can now do links. As of right now I am coming close to finishing the beginning of his story and plan to have it done before the end of May. Feedback and constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.
