Network Latency Problem on Asia, Ping go Up and Down

After the recent update ow2 always having network latency or ping problem on asia server. This happen not only to me but my friend too and i dont know if this our internet problem or server issue on the ow2 itself because on the other game this problem doesnt happen for example in csgo, valorant, and fortnite it run fine.

Detail Problem : Ping when start the game is 29-30 but after a while the ping go up and down between 30-50 and causing the animation on all character go back and forward and for me personally this issue make me sick because of the motion sickness its causing and the game feel unplayable

I got same, but a little bit different issue, I already got disconnected randomly, two times, from competitive without any ability to logging back to the game, and the login screen only shows “LOST CONNECTION TO GAME SERVER”. Those 2 disconnects happened just in this single day (last 24 hours), and it cost me 1 hour ban from competitive play.
My internet connection is in tip top shape, I live in SEA region (Indonesia to be exact), latency is good, way below 30-40ms. I encouter both disconnect on WiFi or wired ethernet, so I can easily rule out instability due to wireless network.
I’m also got disconnected at 1 game on Shambali Monastery, but still able to logging in back and reconnecting to the game. But now, it’s just plain “LOST CONNECTION TO GAME SERVER” with 1 hour ban reward.
.
I encountered the exact same issue on the last week of the 2nd season. Already posted a ticket to Blizzard Support, attaching requested files (Looking glass screenshot, MTR, System Files), and the problem fixed by itself without me doing anything. So I think the problem won’t reappear, and now, SURPRISEEE! it’s coming back!
It’s irritating, and confusing at the same time. Comparatively, I also play a lot of Steam’s game, mainly Dota 2 on their SEA server with very stable gameplay without any worrying lag, ping spike, or disconnect.
I noticed in the Battlenet Looking Glass, Blizzard still don’t have dedicated server for SEA region. Is this one of the factor or cause of my random DC? Cause my in game latency always below 40ms. But on looking glass, it always above 50ms, doesn’t matter what kind of Network Provider im on.
If it’s really caused by something on my Network, why can other game can runs smoothly for rounds, and rounds, and players even able to logging back & reconnect back to the game, while Overwatch 2 cannot?
.
At this point, im really, really reluctant to play more on Competitive. I’m enjoying the game and been playing it since Overwatch 1 on my old account, and I really want to play a lot in this season, and really waiting for the 4th season where Brig’s rework & real matchmaking fixes hopefully arrived. But, duh. This random disconnects is really worrying especially when the problem is suspiciously not caused by anything on client-side (my side).
