I’m referring to your second DxDiag, which shows different error data than your first one.

You might have other Razer components still installed, since errors for the GameManagerService .exe are still showing up. This was covered for Chroma in another post, not sure where the Cortex files would be.
I know Drakuloth recommended the previous driver, but I’m recommending one from all the way back in September (the 9th). No, I don’t work for Blizzard, but like you, I was experiencing problems with my nVidia card and Overwatch. Sept 9th was the only one I had luck with not getting fps drops and not getting “your rendering device has been lost” errors. Tried the December ones too, and had the same problems.
Another thing to check is the nVidia Control Panel, and make sure the card is set as your GPU for Overwatch .exe specifically.
