If you play pharah you get banned from the game.
If Bastion shoots in turret mode for too long he overheats, gets nocked out of turret, and takes burn damage.
Genji now can’t deflect ulti, melee hits and if he dash into a shield he get stunned.

her spread inceased by 3x
but a 1 second delay between each blink
reduce health to 50

reflect hitbox fixed to be the exact size of genji

Hanzo
killed by his brother and removed from the game
Brig:
- armor packs can only overheal by 25hp
- rally armor can only overheal up to 50hp
Mercy:
- shift: can’t move to same target
- add fatigue when boosting or healing only one target (for normal healing or boosting mercy should use it on other teammates)

He is now just a hamster that pees itself and is unable to move whenever he’s in the LOS of the enemy.

Junkrat:
Frag Launcher
- Grenades now do 1 damage
- Rate of fire decreased to 1 grenade per 5 seconds
Concussion Mine:
- Cooldown increased to 50 seconds
Rip Tire:
- Now has a 50% chance of exploding on his back at any time during the match killing him and dealing friendly fire.
Doomfist:
- Selecting him now bans your account

It’s simple, just return his fist to numbani’s payload instead of delete him

McCree has six bullets in his revolver. When he’s shot them all, he takes a cardboard box out of his bag, opens it, removes the plastic tray of bullets, takes off the cover, loads six rounds into his revolver, replaces the plastic cover, puts the tray back into the cardboard box, closes it up, and puts the box back in his bag.
He can do it very quickly, since he’s awesome. Takes about twenty seconds.
If he takes fire while reloading, he drops the tray of bullets and they scatter on the floor. His ult is to pick them all back up.

Because healing his team requires so little of his attention, he spends most of the game being quite the offensive little eff-er. If he was picked more often I’d hate him, too.

can’t cancel deflect.
5 second cooldown on double jump.
no swiftstrike cooldown reset.
dragon blade swings are now 1.5 seconds cooldown between swings and it’s a 5m range hitscan.
movespeed is now 5.5m per second normal and dragonblade is now 6m per second movement speed.
Junkrat
Mine no longer allows self boop
Mine capacity is 1
To compensate
Junkrat has 2 traps instead of 1.
This brings him into line of what he was designed for which is an anti flanker and not a possible flanker himself.
Additionally - Characters are unable to damage themselves from their own abilities (m1,m2,ability1,ability2)

Widowmaker
Primary fire
- As a Sniper her scope should be better so we will make her scope zoom in 3000% more. This way you can excactly see the little drop of sweat on the enemies forehead in high definition but you wont be able to see anything else.
Grappling hook
- Widow should do something for her cardio so we replaced her grappling hook with a climbing hook.
poison mine
- Her poison mine now crawls around like an actual spider but it is afraid of people so it will try to stay away from them.
Infrasight
- Widows Ult now allows her to see everything through walls which results in a completely red screen for the duration of the ult.
Winston has no arms or legs, just stumps, he can’t leave spawn and he can’t hold a gun either.
He takes 10 damage every 5 seconds as a passive ability because he doesn’t stop crying, also his glasses are broken so the screen is so blurry you can’t see anything.
His ultimate still makes him angry, but it’s more of a depressed rage so he sorta flops around on the ground.
