Fair is an “interesting” word to use with respect to competitive video games.
Like… Is it fair that the enemy Widow player grinds Kovaaks 2 hrs a day to build flawless muscle memory, only to have a bunch of people complain because they’re unwilling to commit to the same level of effort?
Like… I’m not saying I disagree with you, but I am saying I don’t think that’s a completely valid argument.

I know what you mean though… Personally I really enjoy playing Widow, and I put a lot of effort into building mechanical skill and positioning, but when you’re getting diff’d, there’s nothing you can do without your team.
I remember in OW1, our team was getting rolled by a Widow on Gibraltar, and there was nothing “I” could do, dude was just better.
So my off-tank swapped of Zarya to wrecking ball (without me asking) and was like:
hey Widow, lets roll this kid
I’m going to go and pile drive and when you see me do it, you shoot!!
Needless to say we clutched that one out (but barely). Dude was raging and calling team diff in match chat.
