Every nerf to tanks or some extreme ones?
Yay! They’ve been strangling the game for ages now. With snipers being as strong as they are, the only thing you can do against them these days is block with a Rein shield. Time to remind them why they fear the monkey.
I wonder if that’s because the Dive tanks have been power crept and nerfed into oblivion, the other barrier tanks have received nothing but nerfs last 4 ptrs, Hog/WB are situational tanks (who can’t cover for their teams mistakes with barriers) and that leaves…….Oh Rein! What a surprise.
Few of us have been suspecting WB may be the next tank that dps want nerfed but I actually think Rein makes more sense. Not a lot of WB players ,way more tank players will use Rein as the soon to be only barrier tank that is viable.
remove tanks, lets just have some movable walls then, turn this into a cover base shooter!
I agree with you about the shield nerf, but he need a compensation buff that make him more of a “dive” hero, slow comps are outdated and are boring.
Maybe less cd on his charge, or more hp with less shield would be ok.
Rein is definitely not OP, but I do think that with his new passive ability Steadfast, movement buffs and the overall reduction in shields, his less so than others proportionately, it feels off still, both fighting him and with him with the heavier shield. More “shield dancing” is the current style to allow for faster fighting and more movement and to me he feels like his shield strength makes it too easy to not move more or as quickly. I honestly felt his shield strength should be closer to 1400.
Dva actually isnt bad with those 3 second boosters, shes very playable

Why shouldn’t every hero have his own shield? Like an extra hp bar that regenerates itself
I play the hero. And if they are going to gut orisa and sigma rein deserves to be gutted too. He shouldn’t be the only one allowed to be a actual shield tank. He was already dominating 95% of the ladder before they nerfed orisa and sigma.
Either buff orisa and sigma into actual tanks again or gut rein.

Orisa and Sigma are actual tanks though. They are balance from the fact that they can put down the shield and move around and do other things with their utility Unlike rein who doesn’t have any utility. And can’t multitask
I want my role to be the biggest determining factor in any match or else they’re USELESS
His barrier is fine. If anything, the other tanks should her sightly more barrier.
His Steadfast, though? That should be reduced.
His barrier isn’t the issue imo. Its his insane amount of damage he can do with a hammer that can hit someone completely behind him, a charge that magnet locks onto people no matter if you’re above him or to the side of him (one of the most frustrating things in this game is being nowhere near his charge and oops! you’re actually in his charge), and an ULT that he can charge so fast its almost guaranteed he is gonna be able to use it every team fight, when the other tanks take FOREVER to charge. Oh, and uh, lets not forget about his steadfast ability that makes him immovable that should have never been buffed to 50%, 30% was fine. Give him a better shield, and in fact really give most of the other shield tanks a buff to their shields.
To be fair it is a giant jet powered hammer were talking about. But yeah he gets his ult wayyyyyyy too fast.

Widowmaker is the best DPS in the game as she can literally 1 shot roughly 80% of the roster within 0.7 seconds of seeing them.
She isn’t too strong against shields, but at the same time, if you just play angles, you got ez frags
while reading this post i kinda wonder if you genuinely think widowmaker is a balanced champion lol

you can’t honestly believe they are balanced when they just got severe nerfs after already underperforming compared to rein for 95% of the ladder. They are not balanced… rein having the shield health of both them is not balanced. He’s not the victim people make him out to be. He does a lot
