making tracer have to wait another 1.5 seconds to reload and then finish off turret, Letting turret itself squeeze an extra 70-80 damage ish on tracer (aka 50% of her health!)

Or Tracer can just melee again. It would just be a better idea to lower the cooldown on his Turret.
