Nanoboost should reduce cooldowns instead of increasing damage

As an Ana player I’m pretty happy with where she is now, Nano feels like a good ultimate.

You’re suggesting reworking an Ult for…reasons?

Nano isn’t gamebreaking. It has counterplay. It often uses a combo Ult, and still can be countered by off-support Ults.

Not to mention that it’ll eventually turn out the same. Instead of Rein/Winston/Genji catching a new group of characters would become the obvious choices for Nano, and some characters would gain practically nothing. At least nearly everyone can use 50% bonus damage.

I’m suggesting introducing changes to a game that many people including myself consider stale most of the year. We already have tons of threads on how to balance heroes, and what heroes to rework, I thought it would be a nice change of pace to take something that works just fine, and see if we could influence the game by changing just one attribute of that ability.
