It can be outhealed by a single Moira on the enemy team, mate
on ptr before moiras release this was actually very popular and quite viable. as long as moira as decent aim, she can take out heals/dps at long range very quickly. its not bad at all. when i play ana with a moira, i think ill start nanoing her more during her ulti.
