That requires him to start his blade extremely close to the team though. Slash-dash is the only way to chew through transc. If he’s that close, you should be able to get CC on him. Literally any boop or stun, then walk away.

2. Winston’s Primary goes through shields and deals small damage. It is meant to do that.

u can cc him and kill him, u can justuse lucio’s ult or even hog’s if you cant kill him, if u screw his first dash he’s dead weight

i hate nano monkey zapping my face than this
with nano blade, its 2 ults combined, you need to counter it with ults to be fair, if that combo is easily countered with only normal abilities then nobody would be using it
What i can think of is using both Lucio and Brig boop to double boop him, Lucio keep the speed up and Shield bash him when getting close again, the whole duration would be enough to cut his ult down a lot
Or have Zen ult and Sombra hack to stop his dash or your tank to taunt and take the damage

Ana doesn’t need nerfs, and mercy hardly needs any buffs. Both of them are in pretty good standings with where they are in the game right now.

Other supports don’t counter other supports.

people are acting as if you walk out of spawn with both nano and blade and have them every 2s.

if you waste 1 ult to counter 2 (for example, shatter or grav) i’d call that a fair trade, even more than fair lol.

plus, they use those 2 in a team fight , you save your ults for the next one.

On paper, yeah it looks absolutely broken. However, there’s still several ways to deal with it, even if it means just staying out of range for 6 seconds. Also Winston can ult and push him away. Do people forget what Winston’s ult is meant for?

Out of 100+ hours on Genji and the countless times I’ve been nanoed for blade, it’s still a rare occurance for one to get that 5-6 man blade that everyone cries about. Time your cc and you can hook him before he can kill someone, or boop them immediately after swift strike and throw him off and peel for your team with an amped speed boost. Killing someone isn’t the answer to everything.

It is indeed the strongest offensive ultimate in the game but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t balanced.

Heroes are balanced around their kit and that includes their ults.

Also earthshatter, Rein charge if you’re good at landing those, Zarya bubbles can save someone from getting bursted easily, and then they can be speed boosted away or boop Genji after the bubble. It is hard to deal with don’t get me wrong, but it’s still very possible if you can actually play your cards right and use abilities or ultimates properly. After all, it wouldn’t be fair in any way at all if two ultimates were instantly countered by the use of one ability.
