NA players sent to SA servers

im being sent to SA servers instead of NA. This started happening after the log in issues yesterday. I had this problem back in last Lunar New Year event and it took 2 to 3 weeks to get resolved.

Is anyone else having this problem?

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

My ISP connection | rev93.101. telecablecr. com - 0 | 426 | 426 | 7 | 12 | 38 | 11 |

The hub with the IP address 64.209.103.181 may be the issue, notice how the ping average jumps significantly to about 96 milliseconds? This appears to be in the middle of the road between your ISP and Blizzard’s network provider, so you may have to wait this one out over time.

To add to what WyomingMyst said, you might be able to fix this temporarily with a VPN. It’s probably just a mistake in routing at your ISP or their partner, which they will likely fix. While Blizz doesn’t support VPNs (troubleshooting), you can use them without penalty.

I guess i will wait.

Last time this happened it lasted for over 2 weeks :frowning:

Reporting it to your ISP will help speed the process up, usually.

Hey EXO, please chime in on this thread from the staff (instructions for what to include are in the top post):

Hi Nicole,

I will post on that thread, im also set to change ISP on the weekend.
If i still have the same problem after i change my ISP, then it means that the issue is on the Blizzard sever side.

This might help, but if you still experience the problem, it could be the routing partners that ISPs in CR use to reach the US. There aren’t any other ongoing issues with the servers in America at this time (they update Twitter for any service interruption/maintenance).
