I love that it’s 6v6 now and that there’s no map voting. However, I think that the perks should stay in the mode, but not randomized: ideally, you would spawn in with both perk points available to be spent, similar to Escort’s extra rounds. This would give us the full Overwatch experience and let us gain general knowledge about perks available to all the heroes.
P.S. All the open queue modes should be moved to the 6v6 ruleset.
