Idk if it was due to the stuff being able to be moved to PTR or what, but i unlocked the Ashe Victory Pose (Medal) and Grillmaster 76 yesterday and now it’s locked again (this was on PTR)
The Public Test Region does not share the same account as the live server. Any changes to the PTR will not reflect on live and any changes on live will not be reflected on the PTR. Occasionally the PTR will be updated in whole to the existing live account (this is called a “snapshot”) but is manually completed by the development team at a very specific time. It looks like the 1.39 Patch on the PTR is the latest snapshot so most likely the data copied over occured sometime a few days prior which is why you do not have those recently acquired items in the PTR. Please check your live server account.
