My stuff is still gone!

I have updated the game and merged my accounts completely and all of my stuff is still gone skins states golden guns and everything else this is so dumb I really don’t think I’m going to play the game anymore this is the same thing apex is doing with their game and I haven’t touched it in a year, I refuse to play there game until they add cross progression and I get all of my skin and heirlooms on pc, somebody please help because i love this game and I don’t want to stop playing there game over something so simple.

Okay but what about the issue regarding FTUE unrelated to merge? I still don’t have my stuff
