I played Overwatch 1 and I play Overwatch 2 since came out.
I played the first 5 rankeds and it put me in bronze 5 (like everyone), from then until now, I couldn’t go up in ranked. This is demotivating and I would like receive help, please.

Not everyone gets placed in bronze 5, if you are stuck there it is most likely because you aren’t winning more games than you lose against bronze 5 players

Assuming your win-loss ratio is positive, you might be experiencing either the bug that prevents your rank from being adjusted or the bug in which during a rerank, your initial rank is demoted five subdivisions before the adjustment takes place.
