This tier list is based off the general viability of a hero’s individual current power level in the game currently. The heroes are NOT placed in order but are placed in a tier for their general respective viability ranking.
Mei is definitely not bastion tiers of viability but shes still pretty bad along with the other C tiered heroes. shes still a bit useable but still not worth it. Echo is definitely up there and Hammond, i was like in and out with S and A tier but i put him in as A tier to label him as one of the stronger heroes but not the strongest at the very least.
I’d say the heroes that are in B tier or higher are definitely useable to get at least decent value out of and the higher you go in better heroes, the better value you can potentially get. You can play them into anything. But C tiers and lower, you essentially just need to work much harder to even get the same value as the rest of the better heroes which is why i labeled them all as heroes that need changes for buffs/fixes. Theyre just way too niche and their character design and kit is just too “counterable” to get the value they can try to get.
Some heroes like sym were inching towards B tier for me, but theyre close if they were so happen to get some minor changes.
