My overwatch latency is spiking and i cant create ticket

pls someone help me i dont know what to do everytime i try and create a ticket it says problem try again later for technical issues but every other ticket creating works, everytime i try and create a ticket it wont let me upload any of the required files, i have tried every article i can find, i have tried videos, i have optimized my ethernet, i have restarted my router flushed my dns, reinstalled overwatch, ive done everything i can even upgrade to windows 11, i dont know what else to do, i have an ethernet, its wired, and it even took a while to log into these forums to post because it wouldnt log me in while i was logged in to the forums

They need to be in .txt format, instead of .nfo as they usually save.

Add a WinMTR here for troubleshooting.

they are both text documents according to the files and ive done this many times before this is the first time ive had this problem and its only with uloading to tickets, but my latency is my bigger issue, i cant even upload that tracer filed they want, none of them work
i have copy and pasted both files into a notepad text document tried uploading those it didnt work and my issue isnt disconnection it is rising and falling latency disconnecting with mtr tests wont help me i think and i tried i dont think it did much
i think the reason i cant upload one of the files is because it is larger than 15 mb
I have edited both files 2 be below 15 mb and it still won’t upload, still getting try again later

I had a previous one that wasn’t during a time of it happening so i updated it
I should also mention it doesn’t seem to do it always, i have joined practice range 5 times and outta those times it didnt work twice and the other 3 it worked no issues

regarding ticket submission, i have been trying to submit a ticket for my game continually crashing for HOURS and it is telling me the SAME thing. I gave up on the forums because i have had few views and zero responses to my post so I’m pretty much scouring everyone elses for help.

You don’t want to use the practice range, because those are deprioritized servers. That said, your WinMTR shows some serious latency issues on the nodes at your home or right outside it. Some other Comcast users in Cali are reporting issues on the WoW forum, too. It’s probably time to battle it out with Comcast.

I will try that, but I tried ow on ps4 as well and got no issues, could that be helpful
I tried a couple of other online games like apex and csgo, i had no latency issues in those games its just overwatch so i dont think its comcast
