Shield is just for survival. While what people say about her is her killing potential.
And for her to attack, she needs to let go of that shield even if that is few seconds. Or dont stand there blocking all day. But ranged heroes make her sticking her shield up all day. Or else she would get headshot during her attack.
If you cant do that with ranged heroes then I think something is really wrong with your position
