My mouse has been glitching out and acts as if its getting snagged on something invisible, this only happens in overwatch and im not sure why. Here is a video of someone I found with the same issue, Overwatch with Lutris sluggish mouse ingame on Vimeo
It looks like something is trapped over the laser or on the mouse pad in that video. It can also be another app with an overlay interfering with mouse input, or a corrupted driver that auto-updated. Other reasons for this are a bit more serious, but can include:
- Bad cable on the mouse.
- Dying mouse sensor.
- Bad USB port.
^These can be tested by switching mice or ports.
- Bad power supply to USB port.
- Bad power supply.
- Overheating.
^These require more intense measures of testing, or a PC technician getting involved.
